Big Futures Start with Little Sprouts

At Our Little Sprouts LLC, we believe every child deserves a strong, joyful start. We create intentional, play-based curriculum and sensory-rich products for children ages 1–4, designed to nurture curiosity, creativity, and connection during the most critical years of brain development. By partnering with families, preschools, and play-based learning spaces, we equip little learners with the social-emotional, cognitive, sensory, and foundational academic skills they need to thrive.
Rooted in authenticity, accessibility, and community care, we work to reimagine early education by helping others create environments where children can truly be children. Through our curriculum, consulting, and hands-on support, we aim to restore wonder, play, and confidence in early childhood—one little sprout at a time.

Meet Our Staff

Malia Ibarra

Hi, I’m Malia! 
I have a degree in early childhood education and experience teaching in the classroom and homeschooling my own kids. I am an educator turned early years curriculum developer and I’m passionate about creating meaningful, play-based learning experiences that support children’s growth during the most important developmental years. My heart is in partnering with families and communities to create spaces where young children feel safe, supported, and free to grow through play.

I’m Mallori!
I currently serve as the Business Operations Partner for Our Little Sprouts in addition to working full time as the Business Operations Manager for Practice Management Inc. for the past 6 years. As a busy working mom of three young children, I understand both the magic and the chaos of helping kids grow. I’m grateful to pour my real, day-to-day mom experience, along with my business operations background, into helping Our Little Sprouts become a resource that truly makes a difference for families and learning environments.
